Ian Haygreen is a classically trained pianist, although he hasn’t performed in public for 25 years! A couple of years ago he began making electronic music in different genres but mainly in the dark ambient field, using field recordings taken in whatever location he happens to be, which are then heavily modified. He also makes use of the various instruments he’s collected over the years, which are also modified to change the sound to create ambient soundscapes.

His work is usually released under Creative Commons.
